DAS JUGENDAMT (Journal for youth welfare and family law)
The german journal addresses current topics concerning youth welfare and family law. It publicizes legal opinions and current case-law in Germany. Furthermore, it discusses practical issues that are related to the daily work of youth welfare office in Germany, as well as documenting professional and judicial-political comments and debates.
The professional journal is targeted at all youth welfare office departments and personnel, as well as the ministries and authorities in charge of youth welfare, family courts, wardship courts, administrative courts, universities, scientific research establishments, libraries, professional associations and non-governmental organization dealing with youth welfare and family law (including foreign organizations), lawyers and civil law notaries.
The Journal is published 11 times a year and comprises approximately 600 pages in total. Members receive a free copy with their membership and can purchase additional copies at a discounted rate.
